Preliminary Studies

We begin by gathering all the essential information needed to start the design process. This includes coordinating key site studies such as soil and infiltration testing, as well as a topographic survey with contour lines. We manage the coordination of these services, while the client contracts and pays the selected specialists directly.

Design

We develop a comprehensive design proposal that includes spatial distribution, volumetric studies, architectural style, and a curated material palette. Each element is carefully considered in response to site conditions and the client’s vision. This phase also includes the delivery of renderings and videos to bring the project to life.

Construction Blueprints

Once the final design is approved, we move into the documentation phase. We prepare a complete set of construction drawings, including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical plans. This documentation is used for permitting and to obtain accurate bids from contractors and subcontractors.

Permits / Inspections

We manage the permitting process in compliance with Costa Rican regulations, coordinating all required approvals with the appropriate institutions. During construction, we provide oversight and coordinate inspections to ensure the project aligns with approved plans and quality standards.
